Terminal One Motor + Yacht Club Builds Momentum Following AVANTS Classics on the Green

Seattle’s Luxury Garage Condominium Community Adds New Founding Members Ahead of Groundbreaking

Momentum continues to build for Terminal One Motor + Yacht Club, Seattle’s first luxury garage condominium and future yacht dockominium community, following a standout appearance at the 6th Annual AVANTS Classics on the Green.

Held at Chateau Ste. Michelle Winery in Woodinville, the annual automotive gathering attracted thousands of enthusiasts from across the Pacific Northwest. Throughout the event, hundreds of visitors stopped by the Terminal One exhibit to learn more about the waterfront development that is redefining luxury ownership for collectors of exceptional automobiles and yachts.

The response translated into more than excitement. It also resulted in additional Priority Presale Reservations, welcoming new Founding Members into what is quickly becoming one of the region’s most exclusive collector communities.

Terminal One Moves Closer to Construction and Public Sales

With enthusiasm continuing to grow, Terminal One is preparing for its next major chapter.

Construction is scheduled to begin in late August, followed by an official groundbreaking celebration and the project’s public sales debut at the Salmon Bay waterfront site in early September 2026.

The growing interest reinforces what the development team has believed since the project’s inception.

“Every conversation reinforced what we’ve believed from the beginning—that collectors have been waiting for a destination that celebrates not only extraordinary automobiles and yachts, but the friendships, experiences, and lifestyle that surround them,” said Dean Jones, CEO of Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty and project strategist for Terminal One Motor + Yacht Club.

“Seeing hundreds of enthusiasts engage with our vision confirms that Terminal One is resonating with precisely the audience we hoped to inspire.”

Connecting With the Pacific Northwest’s Collector Community

One of the event’s biggest successes was the opportunity to connect directly with collectors, enthusiasts, and prospective owners.

Exclusive listing brokers Neda Perrina and Jay Kipp of Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty spent the day introducing visitors to the vision behind Terminal One, generating hundreds of meaningful conversations while expanding the growing network surrounding the development.

“The enthusiasm exceeded our expectations,” said Perrina. “Many guests immediately understood that this isn’t simply a place to store remarkable collections—it’s a community designed around them. We are excited to welcome additional Founding Members who recognize the rarity of this ownership opportunity.”

Kipp believes the event demonstrated the strength of the collector community throughout the region.

“AVANTS continues to demonstrate the remarkable depth of automotive culture throughout the Pacific Northwest. The connections made throughout the day will undoubtedly become lasting relationships as we prepare to officially introduce Terminal One to the marketplace this September.”

Media Coverage Continues as Terminal One Evolves

Terminal One also recognized 425 Magazine and Seattle Magazine for attending the event and for their ongoing editorial coverage documenting the project’s journey from concept to reality.

As development progresses, Cantera Group is preparing to transition from development into long-term stewardship of the community.

“Terminal One represents far more than a real estate development—it is one of the marquee portfolio projects for Cantera Group and a legacy investment that will endure for generations,” said Mike Ciserella, Partner of Cantera Group and the incoming President of the Terminal One Homeowners Association, which will be professionally managed by Columbia Hospitality. “Our responsibility is to create an enduring community worthy of the remarkable collections, craftsmanship, and relationships that will soon call Terminal One home. We believe the legacy created here will be reflected not only in the architecture and amenities, but in the people and passions that define this extraordinary waterfront destination.”

What Makes Terminal One Different?

Unlike traditional storage facilities or marina developments, Terminal One is designed as a destination where collectors can fully embrace the lifestyle surrounding their passions.

Located on Seattle’s Salmon Bay near the Ballard Locks, the community will feature luxury garage condominiums, future yacht dockominiums, hospitality programming curated by Columbia Hospitality, and exclusive social experiences created specifically for automotive and marine enthusiasts.

Construction is expected to begin later this summer, with owners anticipated to take occupancy of their private garage condominiums in 2027.
